A: Yes we can. The charges for OEM service depends on the different level of customize. the process of customization is following:
1) provide your specific requirement.
2) our design engineer draw the design draft.
3) you confirm the design draft.
4) we start produce it.

Q2. how to repair the device if any problem?
A: we will provide technical support to solve problem, if there is any hardware problems , we can send or components with teaching videos or steps.

Q3. Can your device work 24h*7 days? And what about the temperature range it can operate in?
A: Yes it can be working in 24h*7 days, working temperature range 0°C~50°C.

Q4. What is the lead time of your products?
A: Sample order within 1~3 business days . Bulk order within 3~25 business days ( depends on order qty) ,we will test the model to insure the quality before shipping.

Q5. What's the warranty?
A: 1 year warranty. After expired warranty and sent back to our company, we will still try our best to repair for you without
repair cost (except change new accessories).

A: they are all new products and almost support any version systems.

Q7. How much do I need to pay for your OEM servise?
A:You should pay extra 500$,but we will return the 500$ to you when your order over 100 pieces.

A: T/T wire bank transfer, Western Union, Credit/Debit Card, Online Transfer, Pay later.Big amount suggest to arrange by T/T, and small amount suggest to arrange by Western Union, Credit/Debit Card, Online Transfer, Pay later.

Q9. What is your shipping way?
A: We try to provide more transport options, included DHL/ UPS/ Fedex/ TNT/ AIR / SEA. If your have your own forwarder, also can ship in your own way.usually shipping time is about 3-9 days by express or air channels, and by sea or land logistics channels, the delivery time is
longer about 30 days.
