For Windows (require both 1 and 2):

1. Equipped with 1 HDMI port, 1 USB port, and,

(If your laptop equipped with 2 full-function Type-C ports, then HDMI and USB port is not necessary.)

About the customs tax, shipping

1. Transaction terms are DAP and it is buyer's obligations to cover the import tax if required.
