- Why the doorbell coneect to app, But the time is not correct?

- Because our default time zone is GMT+8:00. So when you get the product, you need to set the time zone on screen part(System Time-Time zone) and then connect to APP

- You press the doorbell camera, the monitor will not ON, how to do it?

- We pair the doorbell camera to screen successfully when you get the products. If this problem happened, you just need to pair it. Follow below step to do it: 1 Turn on monitor and find the "About-Restore Factory Setting" and wait for a sec when screen on againn. 2； Find the " Pair" and will pop-up qr cord. use doorbell camera lens face the QR Cord. When monitor show the view, it mean pair successfully.
